Cynthia Morgan Denies Copyright Infringment

Dancehall star Cynthia Morgan has denied that she stole the concept of her ‘Porpori’ song from Queen Ure.

Queen Ure recently went on to get a Federal High Court order stopping Cynthia Morgan from using the song title, “Popori”.

Cynthia Morgan told fans on Twitter that it was false about a court stopping the distribution of her song.

She threatened to sue Queen Ure and get an injunction for damages and misconduct, and called her a liar.

The court gave the  injunction restraining Cynthia Morgan, an artiste under the label of Psquare’s elder brother and manager, Jude Okoye-led Northside Entertainment Ltd and all other agents, promoters, DJs, Radio stations, TV stations, bloggers and every other person from publishing and distributing to the public the music track/single/album titled ‘Popori’ by Cynthia Morgan.
