Fun fact: There are actually awards handed out during the MTV Video Music Awards, including such categories as Best Cinematography, Best Editing and Best Choreography. Beyoncé is nominated in all three of those categories, plus five others (Video of the Year, Best Female Video, Best Collaboration, Best Video With A Social Message, Best Direction), giving her a ceremony high eight nods. Other big contenders for the VMA Moonman trophy include Eminem, Iggy Azalea and Ariana Grande.
